NEOTISS supplies titanium and stainless steel welded tubes for hydraulic lines, ducting systems, and heat exchangers.
Titanium welded tubes
Titanium combines outstanding corrosion resistance with high strength-to-weight ratio. NEOTISS titanium welded tubes can be manufactured in very thin wall gauges, offering significant weight savings without compromising structural integrity. We supply titanium grades 2 and 9, as well as other grades on request, to dimensional and metallurgical specifications meeting aerospace procurement requirements.
Stainless steel welded tubes
For applications where stainless steel is specified, NEOTISS provides austenitic, ferritic, duplex, and specific aerospace grades such as 21-6-9. Our tube welding technology delivers the tight dimensional tolerances and consistent metallurgical properties required for critical aerospace components.
Quality and certification
NEOTISS operates quality management systems aligned with the requirements of aerospace procurement specifications. Our tubes are supplied with full material traceability, mechanical testing, dimensional inspection records, and non-destructive test results as required. We work closely with aerospace customers and their Tier 1 suppliers to ensure our tubes meet the specific qualification requirements of each programme.
