EGR coolers

The EGR cooler recirculates a portion of exhaust gas back into the intake manifold, reducing combustion temperature and NOx emissions. NEOTISS supplies stainless steel EGR cooler gas tubes for both low-pressure (LP) and high-pressure (HP) EGR systems, manufactured to the exact specifications of automotive equipment manufacturers.

Our range includes multiple stainless steel grades from ferritic to super-austenitic, and various tube designs including inner-ribbed and corrugated profiles for enhanced heat transfer.

Manufacturing

NEOTISS automotive tubes are manufactured at our Changzhou facility in China, IATF 16949:2016 certified, supplying both Asian and European OEM supply chains with high-volume, consistent-quality precision tubes.
