Condensers

In conventional power plants, the surface condenser converts low-pressure turbine exhaust steam back into feedwater. Seawater-cooled plants typically use titanium Grade 2, while plants using river or lake water may use stainless steel grades including 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 317L, 2205, or super stainless grades such as AL6XN®, 29-4C®, 254SMO®, and 2507. NEOTISS supplies both smooth and NEOTISS™ Helix condenser tubes.

Feedwater heaters

Low-pressure and high-pressure feedwater heaters recover heat from turbine extraction steam to raise feedwater temperature, significantly improving overall plant efficiency. NEOTISS supplies austenitic stainless steel tubes for LP heaters and ferritic or duplex grades for HP applications.
