Applications

NEOTISS tubes are used across a wide range of petrochemical and chemical applications, including crude oil distillation, amine gas treating, hydrogen production, sulfuric acid coolers, chlorine production systems, and process heat exchangers across refinery and chemical plant operations.

Materials

  • Titanium grades 2, 7, 12 — for chloride, oxidising acid and seawater environments
  • Austenitic stainless steels (304, 316, 317L) — for general corrosion resistance
  • Duplex grades (2205, 2507) — for chloride stress corrosion resistance with high strength
  • Super austenitic grades (AL6XN®, 254SMO®) — for highly aggressive chloride environments
  • High-nickel alloys — for the most severe corrosion service
