From January 5 to 9, 2026, NEOTISS held a dedicated Training Week at its Venarey-les-Laumes facility, bringing together 100 % of employees around technical, safety, health, CSR and cybersecurity training.
Held during a production shutdown, this initiative reflects NEOTISS’s strong commitment to developing its people, strengthening operational excellence and maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
Combining hands-on learning with knowledge sharing, the week also brought together employees, customers, local partners, educational institutions and regional representatives, highlighting NEOTISS’s commitment to skills development and the industrial ecosystem of its territory.
