Neotiss, world leader in thin welded tubes in titanium, stainless steel and high nickel alloys sold its shares in Xi'an Baotimet Valinox Tubes Co., Ltd. (XBVT) to its Chinese partner BaoTi Group.

XBVT has been created in 2005 as a JV between Neotiss, Timet and Baoti to produce titanium welded tubes from two production lines located in Xi’an in China.

After over 10 years of good collaboration, this decision is in line with Neotiss strategy of repositioning and XBVT will now operate under BaoTi Group exclusive shareholding. By joining Baoti Groupe, the company will benefit of synergies with other titanium activities and facilities of Baoti.
